TalkPilot works on any Chromium-based web browser on Desktop (Google Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, etc.). It is compatible with your favorite call platform: Google Meet, MS Teams, Dialpad, Aircall, 8x8, RingCentral, etc.


→ Step 1: Install TalkPilot from the Chrome Web Store

Go to this link: TalkPilot Extension

→ Step 2: Click "Add to Chrome"

→ Step 3: Allow Microphone Permissions

When download finishes, click "Allow" when prompted to give TalkPilot access to your microphone.

→ Step 4: Close That Tab and Go Back to Any Tab.

Just for the first time, you have to refresh your page so Google identifies the extension. Then, you’re all set to begin setup.

→ Step 5: Click on the Extensions Icon (🔌) in the Address Bar and Pin TalkPilot for Easy Access

→ Step 6: Open TalkPilot and Log In

Click on the TalkPilot icon. Log in using your account credentials.

→ Step 7: Give Context to TalkPilot

Share as much context as you can — the better the input, the smarter the assistant. Think of it like onboarding a real assistant: What’s the task? What tone should it use? Any info it should know about the customer?
